Return/Exchange Policy

Open all packages immmediately upon receipt. All claims or shortages must be reported within 72 hours. If you have a problem or discrepancy with any order, please contact our customer service team at (703) 860-5006 or via email at deca_images@deca.org.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your DECA IMAGES product*, we will issue a replacement, credit or refund for the product if returned with original receipt within 30 days. All sales are final on sale merchandise.

*Please Note:
All DECA blazers for return or exchange must have their original tags in place on the outside sleeve and must not have been worn.

Customized products are not returnable. We stand behind the quality of our customized products. If a defect occurs due to manufacturer's error we will gladly replace the defective merchandise. When ordering engraving or personalization, please prepare a typed order to avoid spelling errors.

If an error has been made in placing an order such as incorrect catalog numbers or sizes have been ordered, all shipping must be paid by the customer.

Please order carefully.

Please include a letter of explanation along with a copy of your receipt including your name, school name and address so that your account may be properly credited and send your return or exchange to:
